I loved staying here! Such an adorable little place, not at all what I was expecting. The king sized room was small, but had plenty of seating and storage. We loved the comfy and cute decor and the room was super clean. We even had a little balcony to get some fresh New England air! Would absolutely stay here again.

Amy and the GM at this property were fabulous. It’s hard to find value these days especially in Newport but you will if you visit this hotel - great price, very clean - the rooms were recently remodeled - attentive staff - everything was excellent- I’m coming back but, more importantly, since I work at 3 high end resorts on the Island, I will have no hesitation referring guests here if we are sold out. My husband and I visited Newport for the first time and stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Everything about this hotel was great! Check in and out was a breeze. We didn’t have their breakfast as it was my birthday and we had other plans. The room was clean, we honestly felt at home. We had house keeping (not all hotel offers house keeping everyday— you have to request it). Guys, you’ll not regret staying here - everything was 10 mins away! It’s a beautiful and convenient spot! We definitely recommend it and would be staying there in the future if we visit again.

Stayed here for a short weekend with our dog, everything was great! The staff were all super friendly and helpful. This was the first time our dog stayed in a hotel and it was great! The receptionist gave us dog treats when we checked in and our room was conveniently located on the ground floor with a small grass patio which was super helpful having our dog with us. The room was a good size with tons or storage/closet space and everything was clean!

I was surprised at how lovely my room was, considering the very reasonable rates. The staff was always friendly & helpful. Ms. Robin, the wonderful lady who makes sure the dining area is well stocked, immaculately clean ALWAYS with a big loving smile !

As always, superlative accommodations and top notch professional and personable service. Most notably the very pretty hostesses Jen and Amy along with the lovely house keeper Ashley. And Robin the lovely breakfast lady is always charming and charismatic

The best! Service, staff, breakfast, cleansiness, professionalism, friendly, courteous, location...perfection. Pool was clean and great, the water was nice and warm. The breakfast staff was excellent, very clean and as weird as it sounds..the eggs were so good. The front desk staff are excellent and gave us a coutesy call to make sure we were happy. The reception area is beautiful. Close to cliff walks. Will definitely be staying here again.

I’ll start by saying I almost canceled my reservation when I realized this was more motel style vs. a typical, all indoor hotel. But I’m SO glad I didn’t. The location was SO close to downtown (10 min) close to base (10 min max), close to the winery (7 min) and in an easy to access location. The rooms were so well done, very comfortable, very aesthetically pleasing. Everything functioned beautifully, the water was HOT and the AC was perfect. The free breakfast was awesome, too. I brought my own oatmeal and used the hot water for coffee to make it. But still took advantage of the waffles, eggs and misc protein options. The staff was wonderful. Didn’t have much interaction with them but everyone was extremely kind and welcoming! I almost totally judged a book by its cover and I’m writing to say, DONT. This was a WONDERFUL place to stay and I’d be hard pressed to even look for anything different next time I’m in Newport. Five stars for me!
